AI adoption in education is accelerating, yet cloud dependence continues to raise challenges around privacy, cost, and reliability. This course explores how Intel® Core™ Ultra processor–based platforms enable offline Large Language Models (LLMs) that deliver secure, low latency AI directly in the classroom. Through the OpenVINO™ Test Drive, learners gain hands on experience running on device LLMs and RAG based workflows, demonstrating how efficient, private AI can be deployed without cloud connectivity.
