It closes the dark-store visibility gap where delivery agents exploit the dispatch system during rain, traffic, or low-demand windows by staying idle and falsely signalling a rider shortage, triggering artificial surge pricing and higher customer charges. Ingesting existing apron, gate, and loading-bay CCTV via RTSP, it processes data on air-gapped Intel edge nodes (~100 TOPS on-prem), ensuring no faces leave the box and full data sovereignty is preserved.
