Winmore iScale
Last Updated: October 21, 2026
Winmore iScale is the fresh and bulk goods weighing module within EIS, Winmore Digital's retail AI system. It adds visual product recognition to retail scales, returning product candidates to the host system to reduce manual Price Look-Up code (PLU) and entry. Intel® processor-based Windows devices enable local recognition without cloud dependency. The solution leverages OpenVINO™ toolkit to optimize vision inference performance. On-device learning lets staff add products during daily use, even without internet access. Training data can be shared across store devices through the local network and across locations through cloud updates. Available as an SDK or local service, iScale helps scale manufacturers, POS vendors and retailers integrate recognition into label printing or checkout, reducing training effort and product selection errors.
