Last Updated: February 10, 2026
The SKIKK AI Laptop Advisor is an offline Edge AI solution that delivers real-time, personalized laptop recommendations on Intel® AI Edge Systems. It processes natural-language queries locally, matching user needs to a product catalog to suggest suitable Intel-based configurations. Using the OpenVINO™ toolkit, it performs on-device NLP to interpret intent such as workloads, budget, performance, and hardware preferences. Rule-based filtering and semantic ranking ensure accurate, explainable results, even for specifics like refresh rate, portability, or cooling. All models and data run fully on-device, with no internet or cloud required, making it ideal for kiosks, demos, secure networks, and remote edge sites. Using Intel CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs, the solution delivers low-latency responses, strong privacy, and scalable deployment while highlighting Intel hardware as a powerful platform for Edge AI decision support.
