The HPS-RX880W2A is BCM Advanced Research’s Intel® ESQ-qualified 2U rackmount system designed for high-performance AI inference and edge analytics. Powered by the Intel® W880 Chipset and Intel® Core™ Ultra processors (Series 2), the platform delivers heterogeneous computing through integrated CPU, GPU, and NPU acceleration, enabling efficient execution across compute-intensive edge workloads. To support high-speed data ingestion and storage, the system includes Gen5/Gen4 M.2 NVMe and dual SlimSAS 4i (Gen4 PCIe x4) interfaces, along with flexible 2.5”/3.5” HDD/SSD options for large-scale data logging and model storage. Its next-generation expansion capability features two PCIe Gen5 x16 slots supporting bifurcation to x8/x8, making it ideal for integrating AI accelerators, vision cards, and high-bandwidth I/O devices. Dual Intel® Ethernet Controller I226-LM (2.5GbE) LAN ensures fast, reliable connectivity for real-time edge applications. Validated for Intel® ESQ and built in a compact 2U chassis, the HPS-RX880W2A offers enterprise-grade reliability, making it well-suited for industrial automation, medical imaging, and other inference-driven edge deployments requiring dependable, long-life operation.
